Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email sales@zyvorainnovations.in with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your name, the email address and phone number you used, and where you contacted us: this website, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. If you used a Meta account, include the name on that account so we can find the right record.
3. We email you to confirm the request within 7 days.
4. We delete the personal information we hold about you within 30 days, then email you when deletion is complete.

You can also call +91 8073971496 and ask for a data deletion request. We will still confirm by email before we delete the record.

• Contact-form submissions tied to you, including name, email, phone, company, and message.
• Email and message records we stored from Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
• Lead notes that identify you.

We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made, and any information the law requires us to retain. Aggregated analytics that do not identify you are not deleted.

If you connected a Zyvora app on Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove it yourself: open Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, select the app, and remove it. Removing the app stops future sharing. To delete information Zyvora already received, send the email request above.
